SULFODYNE®: unlocking the power of sulforaphane for cellular health and longevity

SULFODYNE®: the only and best form of sulforaphane on the market

At Ingood by Olga, we took on a major scientific challenge: we took on a major scientific challenge: to develop a stable, active, and standardized sulforaphane ingredient, capable of delivering proven health benefits.

After 20 years of research, we unlocked the full potential of broccoli to launch SULFODYNE®, a breakthrough ingredient standardized to 5% active sulforaphane, a level never achieved before in a natural and stable form.

What are the health benefits of SULFODYNE® ?

SULFODYNE® acts at the very heart of the cell.
Numerous in vivo and in vitro studies have shown that sulforaphane helps reduce oxidative stress and inflammation thanks to its antioxidant and anti‑inflammatory properties, mediated through activation of the Nrf2 pathway.

SULFODYNE® supports global health and healthy aging, delivering key benefits including:

Why is SULFODYNE® different from other broccoli extracts?

Most broccoli extracts available on the market do not actually contain sulforaphane, but only its precursor, glucoraphanin, sometimes misleadingly referred to as “sulforaphane glucosinolate.”
To be converted into sulforaphane, glucoraphanin must be hydrolyzed by the enzyme myrosinase, which is typically present in the gut microbiota.

Issues with conventional broccoli extracts

Some broccoli extracts combine glucoraphanin + myrosinase to improve conversion, but:

Thermosensitive enzyme

Myrosinase is sensitive to heat and gastric acidity and may become inactive before it can exert its effect.

Variable conversion

Conversion depends on individual factors, including gut microbiota composition, intestinal pH, and enzymatic activity.

Consequences:

Low and highly variable bioavailability of sulforaphane derived from its precursor, depending on the individual

No guarantee of sulforaphane dosage, neither in quantity nor in quality, when derived from its precursor

Bioavailability is crucial: it refers to the fraction that is actually absorbed and usable by the body. It is this bioavailable amount that ultimately determines the true efficacy of sulforaphane.

SULFODYNE® delivers :

The highest level of sulforaphane in its directly active form

No conversion required, ensuring consistent dosage and efficacy without relying on individual variability

Superior bioavailability (70%) among broccoli‑derived ingredients

SULFODYNE® the best form of sulforaphane on the market

Not all broccoli extracts are created equal.
Glucoraphanin alone is poorly converted into bioavailable sulforaphane, with an average conversion rate of around 10% and very high inter‑individual variability¹˒³.

The combination of glucoraphanin + myrosinase can improve sulforaphane formation and bioavailability; however, this conversion remains limited and highly variable, reaching approximately 30%¹˒³. Even when delivered in gastro‑resistant capsules, bioavailability increases only marginally (up to 36%³), as myrosinase activity can be compromised by gastric acidity.

SULFODYNE® sets itself apart through a unique approach: it delivers sulforaphane directly in its active form, immediately bioavailable and ready for cellular absorption. Insensitive to gastric pH, it ensures a reliable, stable supply of sulforaphane with a high and consistent bioavailability of up to 70%¹˒²
