Joint Health: preserving daily mobility and comfort

Joints are complex structures composed of bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and connective tissues. With an aging population, increasing sedentary lifestyles, excess body weight, or regular physical activity, joints are subjected to repeated stress that can lead to pain, stiffness, reduced mobility, and inflammation.
